Organizational Operation

NLMBC is an industrious church, prospering in worship and matters of business. Business Operations Ministry leaders provide direction to ensure the church is functioning as a spiritually and fiscally sound Body of Believers. They also assist with developing policies, processes, and procedures to guarantee church activities are conducted appropriately and adequately. The Bible teaches us to "be sure that everything is done properly and in order" (1 Corinthians 14:40-NLT).
